    HUBUNGAN SISTEM PEMBELAJARAN DAN FREKUENSI DOKTER MUDA MENGHADAPI ISU ETIK DENGAN TINGKAT REFLEKSI KODE ETIK KEDOKTERAN INDONESIA DI RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD

    ABSTRACT The Indonesian Code of Medical Ethics or Kode Etik Kedokteran Indonesia (KODEKI) is a reference of moral to guide the Indonesian physicians applied in their medical practice in the community. This study aims to obtain the reflection levels of the clerkships of KODEKI and to get the correlation between the learning system and clerkships frequency in dealing the ethical issue with reflection levels of KODEKI. This is a cross sectional study among 213 clerkships in RSUD Arifin Achmad. To measure the clerkships reflection levels of KODEKI, we used Clerkships KODEKI Reflection Quesionnaire (KRKodDM) and for clerkships frequency in dealing the ethical issue, we used Ethical Issue Frequency Quesionnaire (KFIE). Personal data sheet was used to obtain characteristic respondent. The clerkships reflection levels of KODEKI was moderate and good. The Clerkship reflection levels of KODEKI with Problem-based learning system and conventional system were 60 (52.6%) and 40 (40.4%) respondent with moderate level; 54 (47.4%) and 59 (59.6%) respondent with good level. There was no significant correlation between learning system (p=0.075) and ethical issue frequency (p=0.952) with reflection levels of KODEKI.
