    THE ANALYSIS OF NOISE LEVEL ON EDUCATION AREA AND AS DUE TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC INFLUENCE

    The growth of vehicle’s ownership, especially private vehicles, caused a large number of movements to pass through the road so that it can increase traffic noise where there are a number of activities along the road that are very sensitive to noise, one of the educational facilities. This study aims to measure the level of noise caused by vehicle traffic at the Santa Maria Elementary School location on Ahmad Yani street, and comparing noise standards (quality of raw materials) that have been set for the education area. Noise levels are analyzed based on vehicle traffic data using a sound level meter from the data processing results obtained noise level.
