Item KUALITAS PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT DI KANTOR KOPERASI UNIT DESA (KUD) SIBUAK JAYA(2012-11-06) JAYANTI, SRIAbstract: Analysis of the quality of public services in the office of the village unit cooperatives (KUD) sibuak jaya, this study aimed to analyze the quality of public services in the office of the village unit cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya village Sibuak II sub-District Tapung Kampar regency. The study focused on assessing the quality of services provided by the office of the organization in the village unit cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya to members of the public whether qualified or not, the service is referred to here can be said if the quality of the management and employees can meet and melaksananakan services in accordance procedures, and the service is intended for members of the public. Based on these results, the conclusions that can be drawn from this research that the quality of public services in the Office of the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya Village Sibuak II Sub-District Tapung Kampar Regency generally classified as Good. Employee performance is very important, because a good performance will lead an organization or agency to a predetermined destination. Organizational plan will be achieved by either an organization or agency having employees who have the ability to perform the duties assigned to it and have a high motivation. So it will achieve its intended purpose. Theoretical concepts used in this research is translated TR Mitchell. The indicators used in this study are: Ability Personnel and Employee Work Motivation. The population in this study were all employees of Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru. This study used the Likert technique, the data is processed using the next table were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the research through interviews and observations, it is known that the implementation of community development programs in the village fishermen Mampok Anambas Islands District is still considered less effective. The formulation of the problem in this research is the "strategy of tax revenue in Hotel and restaurant Revenue Department Offices County Kuantan Singingi" with the aim of research to Analyze Tax Strategies "Hotel and restaurant in County Revenue Department Office Kuantan Singingi." The method used is descriptive qualitative methods, the analysis of which attempt to provide a detailed picture based on a reality that is found in the field of tax strategy, specifically the tax on hotel/restaurant/wiswa and restaurants. The Data used in this study consists of primary data (the ability (Ability), attitude (Attitude), appearance (Appearance), attention (Attention), action (action), and responsibility (accountability)), and secondary (History, tasks and powers, organizational structure, PAD 5 years ago, the restaurant has a TAX ID, and the Hotel/Guest House has a TAX ID). The results of this research are Strategy tax revenue hotels and restaurants in The District Revenue Office Kuantan Singingi "it is good" by applying the concept of the service consist of the Ability (Ability), Attitude (Attitude), Appearance (appearance), Attention (attention), Action (action), and Accountability (responsibility). Factors affecting employee discipline, consisting of; exemplary leadership, fringe benefits, staffing, employee human relations and regulatory policies. Based on the analysis of the responses found on the factors that affect the level of discipline of employees at PT. Hutama Karya Region I, there are many factors that can not be met by companies that have an impact on the decrease in employee discipline. This research was reset at PDAM Tirta Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. The Key informan of the research are formal person and informal person. Formal person is the Director of PDAM, and the employee that understand about the problem solving in the company. Informal person came from consument of PDAM Tirta Kampar in Bangkinang. According to the result the implementation of controlling function in the fresh water supply that support by PDAM Tirta Kampar Kota Bangkinang were using extern and intern way. The implementation of intern control function were not good anyway because there are some problem like scarcely in the employee amount and transportation facility that needed to perform a good control system. But practically water pollution level of this Siak River, like watcher done by Badan Lingkungan Hidup ( BLH) Pekanbaru City pertained height, which this observation done 2 times in one year. This thing is because of the many liquid wastes which thrown to the water body, like waste result of domestic industry and waste. For The Purpose BLH Pekanbaru City does operation to the liquid waste. The problem in this study is how the Education and Training (Training) to increase the performance of the Sub-Department of Civil Aviation officials at the Department of Transportation Office of Riau Province. As for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Education and Training (Training) to increase the performance of the Sub- Department of Civil Aviation officials at the Department of Transportation Office of Riau Province.
