Self-confidence is the basis for a face life, with confidence we always think positive about everything that happened. This is the next positive mind gives us the power to try to achieve the goal of life. Confidence should be instilled at an early age so that children can become our future force, with high confidence that children will easily transfer my talent and potential that exists within him so that children can be active figure in life. confidence class VII, can be identified and measured indicators. In a study of class VII F of 6 people, students of class VII G of 6 people, and the students of class VII H amounted to 8 people. Date collection tool used was a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results obtained by comparing the t value with t table at 5% confidence level (12.12> 2.021). Seen that 12:12 t value is higher than the value of t table 2.021. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). It was fulfilled on December 2012 until March 2013. The subject of this research was the class X student which is contains of 26 students (15 males and 11 females). The research’s data collection instrument used questionnaire technique. The mean on the result from the isolated students before the grouping guidance had applied was at 54% (low category) while the mean after the grouping guidance was applied was at 70 % (intermediate category). The “T- Test” points out that there is an improvement of the score’s emotional intelligence after the grouping guidance by the mean at 0, 39 level of significance (low category). The purpose of this study is 1) To reveal the discipline of students in schools that are not intact before families conducted group counseling, 2) To find a picture of students in schools that are not intact after families conducted group counseling, 3) To determine differences in school discipline students whose families not fully implemented before the after group counseling, 4) to determine the effect of group counseling on student discipline in schools whose families are not intact. The method used was experimental pattern Quasi One group : One group pre-test and post-test desingn. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Samples were taken using a sampling technique saturated, amounting to 12 people. Data analysis using the percentage formula, to distinguish the discipline of students in schools whose families are not intact before the counseling conducted after the test group used the formula "t". Of test calculations "t" obtained t is greater than t table (5.47> 2.074) at the level of 5%, it means that there is a difference before the guidance was conducted after the disciplinary group of students at the school whose families are not intact. Then from the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient r = 0.84 r2 = 0.71 determinant. That is, there is the influence of a very strong group counseling to discipline students in schools whose families are not intact. Purpose of this study were 1) to describe the effectiveness of communication performed by the economically weak students before the implementation of group counseling, 2) to describe the effectiveness of communication performed by those students after the implementation of the group counseling, 3) to determine differences differences between the effectiveness of communication performed by those students before and after the implementation of the group counseling, 4) to determine the effect of the group counseling to the effectiveness of communication performed by the students who are economically weak. The method used was experimental Quasi with One group pattern: One group pre-test and post-test design. The tool used in collecting the data was a questionnaire. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique which amounted to 9 people. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula; the "t" test was used to distinguish the effectiveness of communication before and after the implementation of group counseling for the economically weak students. From the calculations of the "t" test, it was obtained that the thitungis greater than ttabelwith (4.288> 2.120) at the level of 5%. Which means that in this study,there are differences between the effectiveness of communication before and after the application of group counseling for the economically weak students. From the calculation of the product moment correlation, it is found that r = 0.62 is the determinant coefficient of r2 = 0,39. Thus, it can be seen that the effect of group counseling on the effectiveness of communication performed by the economically weak students is 39%. Type of research is komprasional the type of research to know the differences of each variable (x1 and x2) in a way to see the difference, whether significant or not significant differences. Use data collection tool in the form of questionnaires. Population of this research are IXF, IXG, IX I, that the parents are laborers which total 43 students, in which the determination of the sample consider students who the lowest scored of self-esteem to be sampled (purposive sampling). 1) A description of self before the group gave guidance that is largely categorized Medium by 70%, in the Low category by 30%. 2) description of self-esteem after the guidance given group largely Medium category, ie 95%, in the low category is 5%. Known that the difference of attainment developmental duties for before and after group counseling are very low. Result of calculation shows that value of thitung - 14.16 and ttabel 2.021. ( 14.16 > 2.021) so, Ho is fail to rejected means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The population in this research involved all the female students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru which consists of 120 students. Meanwhile, the sample of this research was 20 female students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The research methodology adopted the quasi-experimental - one group pattern: pre-test and post-test design. The instrument of the research’s data collection used questionnaire. The result points out that before the treatment was applied, the female students’ resilience is in low category (60 %) while after the treatment, it is in high category (70 %). There is a significant difference between the female students’ resilience before and after the group guidance was applied that based on the data processing and analyzing by t- Test, therefore, it can be shown that the value of ttally is bigger than ttable (15,69>2,021). The result of the product- moment correlation rxy = 0, 78. The method that be used in this research is using pre experimental design (pre test-post test design). Obtained dat uses secondary data from student attendance books that provided by the school. The advantage of this research are 1) the researcher can know the effect of group counselling by Pantang Larang Melayu for student’s alpha; 2) as information material about the application of group counselling by Pantang Larang Melayu; 3) this research as the horizon of science; 4) this research can be additional input for us to improve the learning achievement of children.the conclusions of this research are 1) before researcher gave the group counselling service the alpha level students were very high; 2) after researcher gave the group counselling service there was a good significant change for students. The purpose of this guidance is to improve the students’ communication in verbal and non verbal. Isolated student is student who has bad social relationship in interating with his/her friends in classroom. This study aimed to determine isolated students communicative competence illustration before and after given guidance group, to know the differences, and to know the effect of guidance group. The subject of this study consisted of 16 students at science class XI of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The writter used experiment quasi one group which consisted of pre-test and post-test. In conducting the data, the writter used “Sampling Puposive” which was the sampling techniquie with specific considerations. The data collection technique consisted of sociometry and communication sheets. From the finding of this study, the isolated students’ ability in communicating was still low. The method used was experimental Quasi with One group pattern: One group pre-test and post-test design. The tool used in collecting the data was a questionnaire. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique which amounted to 18 people. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula; the "t" test was used to distinguish the Mental Health students before and after the implementation of the group guidance. From the calculations of the "t" test, it was obtained that the thitungis greater than ttabelwith (7,89 > 2,021 ) at the level of 5%. Which means that in this study,there are differences between the Mental Health students before and after the application of group guidance. From the calculation of the product moment correlation, it is found that r = 0,504 is the determinant coefficient of r2 = 0,25. This, it can be seen that the effect of group guidance on the improvement Mental Health students is 25%. The assumption is that the author is equipped with how to look at the validity and reliability of a measuring instrument and each student has a problem in the relationship of young people and students have different abilities in answering the items scale youth relations. The method used in this study is a descriptive analytic method while data analysis techniques the author uses the Engineering Product Moment and Spearman Brown Alpha.Setelah calculating the statistical validity and reliability of the scale relationships in high school youth Kab.kampar N 2Siak Hulu result is: 1) For the validity of using the first indicator Engineering Product Moment (0.30) is low, the correlation can be trusted, the second indicator (0.75) high correlation is clear. 2). For reliability using the Engineering Product Moment (0.61), Spearman brown (0.75) and alpha (0.75) High, Correlation Clear. Population of 35people, totaling 16 samples, sampling using“ purposive sampling” the sampling technique with spesific considerations.The research method used was experimental Quasi One Group :One group pre-test and post-test design. Analysis of the data using statistical techniques percentage, to distinguish the level of guidance of students who are having problems of education and learning before and after counseling group used test “t”.Of test calculations “t” obtained t greater than t table (14,1>2.042) at the level of 5%.This Hois rejected and Ha accepted,which means there is an increase in group counseling before and after the confidance of students who are having problems of education and learning. The population and the sample in this study class x were 204 student which divided into 6 class. The writer used descriptive analytic method. Analysis the technique using product moment correlation technique, spearmant formula and brownegligent. The calculation of the statistical validity and reliability of the scale of socal relationship were :1). To the validity of using the first technique product moment indicator was low (0,39) valid correlation, the second indicator was high (0,73) valid correlation, the third indicator was low (0,32) valid correlation,and the fourth indicator was high (0,92) correlation be trusted. 2). The target for this reseacrh is 1) to understand the self efficacy of students before the proces a group counselling, 2) to understand the self efficacy of students after the proces of group counselling, 3) to understand the difference of self efficacy of students before and after group counseling and 4) to understand the effect of group counselling toward the rise of students’ self efficacy. The methode that is apply, in this research is Quasi Experiment on a One-Group Pretest-Posttes Design (O1 X O2) The population of this research, upon students whose self efficacy fall within the middle of category, and for sampling the research used “random sampling methode”. The Operation, group counselling coprise of four phases: 1) formation phase 2) transition phase 3) activity phase 4) ending phase, within a six periode of meetings. The result of this research showed that students fall the middle category, none within the low or high category before the proses of group counselling. After the proses of group counseling, most of the students fall into the high category while the rest remain in the middle category, with none of the students in the low category. The samples in this study were students of class X SMA N 1 Tamang academic year 2012/2013 as many as 25 people who have the discipline studied and researched study.problem is, (1) prior to the student disciplinary group counseling in schools (2) discipline students after given group counseling services, and (3) to determine the extent of the influence of group counseling on student discipline. The method used in the study was quasi-experimental, quasi-experimental studies in which no treatment was the dependent variable. The results of the data analysis that the appointment of acquisition is greater than t table t at 5%, and 1% = 2.021 = 2.704 (4.420> 2.021) or (4.420> 2.704) thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there are differences in the study significantly between student discipline before and after the implementation of group counseling services in class X SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. If speak with tables numbers interpretations product moment correlation "r" is between 0.20 to 0.399 means that there is low among groups providing counseling services to child discipline problem students of class X in SMA N 1 Tambang. The study recommends: (1) to BK teacher should be able to provide group counseling services to help students learn to develop discipline, (2) a special school head teachers in order to give her and assist in developing aspects of the personality of students, especially in the discipline of learning, and (3 ) students are expected to be able to better understand and be able to know all the rules that exist in schools
