    KOORDINASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DESA (APBDESA)

    Coordination Development Budget of the Village (APBDesa). This study aims to look at coordination of the Village Budget (APBDesa) Desa Sari Mulya Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung Kabupaten Pelalawan. This is a descriptive study in which qualitative data collection was done by using snowball sampling. Results showed coordination of the Village Budget (APBDesa) has not run with maximum. This is indicated by the absence of unity of action, goal setting, mind exchange, participation, human relations and communication between the parties concerned and it is not in accordance with the rules and procedures.
