    Analisis Pengawasan Penyediaan Air Bersih di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang

    Abstract :The aims of this research are to know about the implementation of controlling the fresh water supply by PDAM Tirta Kampar. This research was reset at PDAM Tirta Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. The Key informan of the research are formal person and informal person. Formal person is the Director of PDAM, and the employee that understand about the problem solving in the company. Informal person came from consument of PDAM Tirta Kampar in Bangkinang. According to the result the implementation of controlling function in the fresh water supply that support by PDAM Tirta Kampar Kota Bangkinang were using extern and intern way. The implementation of intern control function were not good anyway because there are some problem like scarcely in the employee amount and transportation facility that needed to perform a good control system. According to the consument the external control are also not in a good implementation and system anyway, it because consument were not been involved in the control system.

    Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan Guru Pengawai Swasta di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Rambah dengan SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah)

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to determine the performance of civil servants and teachers of teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu. Techniques in writing using descriptive analysis techniques. Informants in this study using a snowball sampling technique. Source of data obtained in this study are from the literature and data include: Demographics School, the number of teachers, educational level of teachers, school achievement, and academic achievement value UAN SMP and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rambah Rambah Rokan Hulu. Comparison of the performance of teachers include: equality of civil service teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu based on teacher competence and duties of civil servants and teachers of teachers of private employees. The difference includes: Discipline in and go home civil servant and teacher of private employees, the average working time civil servant, the division of labor and distribution, placement civil servant who does not comply with many areas of expertise, teacher selection and coaching. Performance factor civil servant teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu include funding, quality, systems, values and norms. Performance factor civil servant teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu's most dominant is the quality of teachers in performing teachers.

    ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN PASAR RAKYAT TELUK KUANTAN OLEH DINAS PASAR, KEBERSIHAN DAN PERTAMANAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

    The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in the organization environment, both external and internal environment in the Pasar Rakyat Teluk Kuantan management. Furthermore, by referring to the strengths and weaknesses of factors, both external and internal environment, identified the strategic issues of concern facing the organization so as to formulate a good strategy in the management of the Pasar Rakyat Teluk Kuantan and improving employee performance. Descriptive method with qualitative approach, data and qualitative information to describe the state or condition being studied systematically, real and accurate as it happens on the field is focused on the formulation of policy strategies in carrying out the task of managing the Department of Pasar Rakyat Teluk Kuantan bay so that revenue can be optimized retribution. The observed phenomenon is internal and external organizational environment. Data collection techniques with methods of documentation, in-depth interviews and direct observation. Analysis of the data using a model of interaction analysis and SWOT analysis to strategic issues of concern, namely: 1. Low ability and skills of employees, 2. Lack of strategic steps, 3. Unclear supervisory procedures, 4. lack of law enforcement. To respond to these issues in the drafting of the strategy as follows: Improved quality through education and courses; understanding and dissemination of the organization's mission; Improvements to workplace procedures; Extension and dissemination of the rights and obligations of the merchant with a persuasive approach and repressive; Improved quality of service; Commitment / understanding with all parties; Reviewing existing regulations.

    ANALYSIS OF PARTICIPANT SERVICES INSURANCE POOR FAMILIES (ASKESKIN) THE REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL (RSUD) ARIFIN ACHMAD PEKANBARU

    With the release of the Minister of Health Decree No. 332/menkes/SK/V/2006 on Guidelines for Health Care Insurance for the Poor, 2006 or better known as the Poor People's Health Insurance Program (ASKESKIN), a health insurance for poor families in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the services participants Poor Family Insurance (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru and knowing the factors that affect the service attendees Family Insurance Poor (ASKESKIN) at Arifin Achmad Hospital. The study population was part of the ministry Family Insurance employee Poor (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru 8 people and communities in this participant Poor Family Insurance (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru as many as 20 people. For sampling, the authors take the entire employee portion Poor Families Insurance Services (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru using census and sampling of the community in this case participants Poor Family Insurance (ASKESKIN). Data collection techniques in this study with interviews and questionnaire data analysis using descriptive methods. From the results of this study concluded that health care factors (procedures, while health care, cost of care, health care products, facilities, personnel competence) simultaneous effect on patient satisfaction participants Poor Family Insurance. To the authors suggest the need for officers outside agencies to identify the poor directly also provide information that is easily understood and clear, and the clerk shall provide facilities and greater opportunities for the public to access information.

The formulation of the problem is How Economic Business Programs Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenyan Kingdom City Pekanbaru? and what factors affect Economic Business Programs Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenayan Kingdom City Pekanbaru?. This study intended to determine the Program in Economic Business Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenyan Kingdom City Pekanbaru. And to know what factors influence the Economic Business Programs Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenayan Kingdom City Pekanbaru. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward A. Suchman on policy evaluation. While the factors that influence the Evaluation of Economic Business Programs Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenayan Kingdom in this study using oprasional variables found in the current research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques, observation and interviews. Key informants in this study is the chairman UEK-SP Bloom sari dasn people who understand the object of this study. Based on the findings through observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the Evaluation of Economic Business Programs Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the Village District Rejosari Tenayan Kingdom Pekanbaru pretty good. Factors that affect them officers, public perception and human resources.
