EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KERJA PADA ORGANISASI BADAN EKSEKUTIF MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS RIAU (BEM UR) PERIODE KEPENGURUSAN 2011-2012

This research is backgrounded by unaplied program at BEM UR effectively including internal or external of the campus. It measured at time of program which has planed. In BEM UR aplication of program which didn’t macth with the time that has been planned leave unaplied. This research is purpose to find out about effectivity of program aplication at BEM UR and the other factor which influence effectivity of program aplication of BEM UR, it is expected that program aplication at BEM UR could works effectively, and its goal which has been planned could be research. In order to finish a problem, the researcher using organization and effectivity of organization theory. This research using qualitative research with data appeared is descriptive. In order to gather the data, the research using interview technique, observation and documentation. Whith using a key informan as a main source of information and additional informan as a support information and a triangulation technique as a source in original appear of data. Result of his research shows that condition of effectivity of program aplication at BEM UR is not effectivity of program aplication at BEM UR is not effective yet
