Item FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SIKAP MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PASIEN DENGAN GANGGUAN JIWA(2013-02-05) Ira, KusumawatiThis study aims to determine the factors that influence people's attitudes towards patients with mental disorders. This research method using a method that is descriptive correlation design, with a total sample of 99 respondents. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with 28 statements developed by researchers. The analysis is used univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square test. The results showed that the culture, the mass media, past experiences, educational institutions, and those that are considered important influencing public attitudes towards patients with mental disorders, as evidenced by p value <α (0.000 <0.05). As for the emotional variables did not affect attitudes towards patients with psychiatric disorders with the results p value> α (0.184> 0.05). Based on the results of this study are expected to provide information such as the health center for counseling on mental health to the community to increase knowledge about public attitudes towards patients with mental disorders.Item GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAPA MASYARAKAT TERHADAP BAHAYA MEROKOK DI RW 17 KELURAHAN SIMPANG TIGA KECAMATAN BUKIT RAYA(2013-07-24) Fitriana. M; Jumaini; Hasneli, Yesi; Hasneli, YesiThe purpose of this research want to know about description of community knowledge and attitude on attend the dangers of smoking. The research used simple descriptive method. There are 60 respondens which was collected by cluster sampling. The research was was collected by questios that consist of 40 questions, 20 questions want to know about the community knowledge and 20 questions want to know about the community attitude. The analysis of research used univariate and frequency distribution. The result shew that there are 73.3 % of samples have high knowledge on attend the dangers of smoking and 50% of community have same positive and negative attitude. Based on this result, the researcher suggested for the community to can have a more positive attitude towards all the dangers of cigarettes.Item HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TERHADAP PENATALAKSANAAN PREEKLAMPSIA(2013-02-04) Defi, Putri YaniThe rates of mortality are big enough, it is caused by preeclampsia-eclampsia. The objective of this research is to know the correlation between knowledge and the attitudes of pregnant woman toward management of preeclampsia. This research is descriptive correlation using the cross sectional approach. The number of sample for this research was 30 persons. Who were taken enough accidental sampling. The result of the research showed that there was a correlation between the knowledge of the pregnant women and the preeclampsia management with a p value (0,033) < (0,05), and there was no correlation between the attitudes of pregnant women and preeclampsia management with p value (0,084) > (0,05). Based on the result of the research the pregnant women are expected to check their pregnancy to a health care center in order to prevent the danger of preeclampsia.Item HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP PEKERJA WIRASWASTA TERHADAP UPAYA PENCEGAHAN HIV/AIDS(2013-07-13) FatamawatiThis study aims to determine the relationship level of knowledge and attitude entrepreneur workers with the effort of HIV/AIDS prevention. The research method used was descriptive design with cross sectional correlation. The research is conducted at location in Sail sub-district, Tenayan Raya distric of 130 entrepreneur workers using cluster sampling technique. The analysis used was Chi-square. The result showed the there is no relationship level of knowledge entrepreneur workers with the effort of HIV/AIDS prevention (p-value = 0,690, p-value > 0,05) and there is a relationship the attitude of comersial entrepreneur workers with the effort of HIV/AIDS prevention (p-value = 0,020, p-value < 0,05). The results of this research it’s recommended that to related side (community health centers or clinic) for more intensive to give information about the prevention of HIV/AIDS, so that can implement a safe sexual behavior and can be avoid from sexually transmitted diseases especially HIV/AIDS.Item HUbungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu menyusui dalam mengatasi bendungan asi(2013-02-02) SartiniThe purpose of this study was to know knowledge storey level, attitude and also relation of knowledge with mother attitude suckle in overcoming barrage of ASI. The research was conducted by analytical research methods to the design of the study was conducted in Cross Sectional This Research was conducted to 61 mother people suckle on work region of Puskesmas Sentajo, Countryside of Geringging Baru. Measuring instrument the used is quesioner. Data analysis used univariate bivariate analysis was using Chi-Square test. Result of research with univariate analysis the39 people (63.9%) have high knowledge, while 22 people (36.1%) have low knowledge in overcoming barrage of ASI. From 61 responder people, 32 people (52.5%) have positive attitude, while 29 people ( 47.5%) have negative attitude in overcoming barrage of ASI. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu menyusui dalam mengatasi bendungan ASI dengan nilai p value = 0,00 < α 0,05. Keyword: mount knowledge, attitude, barrage of ASIItem TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TENTANG PENCEGAHAN KOMPLIKASI RETINOPATI(2013-02-04) Mimi, AuliaDiabetes is a lifelong disease with no cure and can increase the risk of death. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of patients toward prevention of DM complications of retinopathy in the eye clinic at the Polyclinic Hospital Particularly basil base Kerinci. This research is descriptive. Guide Special Polyclinic Hospital eye clinic basil Kerinci base from December 2012 to January 2013 with a sample of 30 people is diagnosed DM patients. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire, analysis univariat.Dengan chi-square test using a computerized method. The results respondent characteristics in hospitals Basil Pelalawan mostly average age less than 55 years old, female by 22 people (73.3%), most respondents have a low level of education (elementary and secondary) totaled 21 people (70.0 %), the majority did not work (housewives and unemployed) accounted for 19 people (63.3%), most respondents never received health education, as well as the long-suffering DM on average less than 4 years. The majority of patients with diabetes mellitus knowledge on the prevention of retinopathy complications in hospitals Pelalawan Basil is good that as many as 16 respondents (53.3%). The majority of patients with diabetes mellitus attitudes show more positive attitudes about the prevention of complications of retinopathy by 21 respondents (70.0%). A significant association between knowledge of the prevention of complications (p> 0.05), to improve the knowledge and attitudes of patients about diabetes, especially about prevention of DM complications.
