Furthermore, the organization Kepenghuluan Consultative Body (BPK) is one element of the implementation of the Government, made up of community leaders who serve nurturing existing customs, make regulations, accommodate and channel the aspirations of the people and to supervise the implementation of the Government. So far the CPC in Kepenghuluan Trenches Aman District Bangko lacking in discharging its functions. Samapai current CPC presence in Kepenghuluan Trenches Aman has not revealed its function as a check and balance between the government and society in Kepenghuluan Kepenghuluan Safe Trenches. Should the government and the CPC in Kepenghuluan Kepenghuluan Safe Trenches memperjuangkaqn can act and serve and accommodate the interests of society and function as protector of society, setting rules, monitoring, and receiving and distributing aspirations. The purpose of the study by the research problem is to know How Kepenghuluan Consultative Body Functions in Sub Safe Trenches Kepenghuluan Bangko Rokan Hilir. The concept of the theory is the theory of functions of CPC used by Drs. HAW. Widjaja. The indicators in this study such as guardianship, legislation, pengawasana and channeling the aspirations of the people. This study uses descriptive qualitative research study sites Kepenghuluan Safe Trenches Bangko Rokan Hilir district and the key informant was Penghulu, Secretary Penghulu, officials Kepenghuluan (Chairman of Government Affairs, Public Affairs Chairman, Chairman of Development Affairs, Chairman of the Peace and Order Affairs , Village Head), Chairman of the CPC, CPC Member, RW, and RT. From the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the results of research by the author regarding the functioning of the Consultative Kepenghuluan in Kepenghuluan Trenches Safer Bangko Rokan Hilir district, yet that should lead to a good fit with the function of CPC is nurturing, legislation, oversight, and accommodate the aspirations society as the Regional Regulation No.. 4 Year 2009 on Kepenghuluan Consultative Body. Suggestions from this study in order to function in Kepenghuluan Kepenghuluan Consultative Body 2 Safe Trenches Bangko Rokan Hilir District agara done better, especially in the rulemaking, the more favor to the community.Item Analisis Kinerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Penanggulangan Demam Berdarah Dengue Tahun 2011)(2013-08-28) Fidianti, NindyHealth Authorities is implemating service unit in health cone at Pekanbaru city. Though the rule of regional otonomi, health authorities have a rule handling the healthy problems happened in Pekanbaru. One of communicable deseales wich become phenomena in Pekanbaru is Dengue Haermoogrhagic Fever (DBD). The handling of DBD case for enemy year always become a rootine programe of health authorities, however the result of ther case never be finished from year to year with the unpredictable amount of patient. The case climax thet happen in 2011, in wich the amount of the patient decrease for two times, 433 cases. Based on the fact the researcher wants to do a descriptive research about “The Analysis Performance of Health Authorities Pekanbaru (Case Study of Tackling Dengue Haermoorhagic Fever Year 2011), and the factors influence the performance. Theoretical concept used is Saduwasistiono performace theory, by elaborated there indicators that is productivity, service quality, and responsivity. Factors influence performance is health resource and socrely partipation.Item Analisis Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Negara Regional XII Pekanbaru(2012-11-07) TRISNA, ASIEmployee Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by one employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Employee performance is very important, because a good performance will lead an organization or agency to a predetermined destination. Organizational plan will be achieved by either an organization or agency having employees who have the ability to perform the duties assigned to it and have a high motivation. So it will achieve its intended purpose. Theoretical concepts used in this research is translated TR Mitchell. The indicators used in this study are: Ability Personnel and Employee Work Motivation. The population in this study were all employees of Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru. This study used the Likert technique, the data is processed using the next table were analyzed descriptively. In the work program of PDAM Tirta there are three kinds of programs, that is water quality improvement programs, development program and program services press loss water technical and non-technical. Where these three programs is that the object of research. The theory used in this study is the work program. This study uses qualitative research methods with examine data in a descriptive manner. This research was reset at PDAM Tirta Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. The Key informan of the research are formal person and informal person. Formal person is the Director of PDAM, and the employee that understand about the problem solving in the company. Informal person came from consument of PDAM Tirta Kampar in Bangkinang. According to the result the implementation of controlling function in the fresh water supply that support by PDAM Tirta Kampar Kota Bangkinang were using extern and intern way. The implementation of intern control function were not good anyway because there are some problem like scarcely in the employee amount and transportation facility that needed to perform a good control system. According to the consument the external control are also not in a good implementation and system anyway, it because consument were not been involved in the control system.Item Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan Guru Pengawai Swasta di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Rambah dengan SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah)(2013-01-03) ZENRA SOPIANA, ARDELLAABSTRACT The purpose of this study to determine the performance of civil servants and teachers of teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu. Techniques in writing using descriptive analysis techniques. Informants in this study using a snowball sampling technique. Source of data obtained in this study are from the literature and data include: Demographics School, the number of teachers, educational level of teachers, school achievement, and academic achievement value UAN SMP and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rambah Rambah Rokan Hulu. Comparison of the performance of teachers include: equality of civil service teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu based on teacher competence and duties of civil servants and teachers of teachers of private employees. The difference includes: Discipline in and go home civil servant and teacher of private employees, the average working time civil servant, the division of labor and distribution, placement civil servant who does not comply with many areas of expertise, teacher selection and coaching. Performance factor civil servant teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu include funding, quality, systems, values and norms. Performance factor civil servant teachers and teachers of private employees in SMP Negeri 1 Rambah with SMP Muhammadiyah Rambah Rokan Hulu's most dominant is the quality of teachers in performing teachers.
