Item ABSTRACT EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEES WORKING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. CITRA SARDELA ABADI PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) LIZA, ERNAThe research was conducted on Citra Abadi Sardela headquartered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee commitment and motivation both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru and to determine what factors are more powerful influence on employee performance. The population in this study is the population in this study were all employees of PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru numbering as many as 130 employees and only 59 employees were sampled, and the method of data collection is done by random sampling Proporsive. The research and discussion of the results it is known that respondents note that the performance of employees at PT. Citra Abadi Sardela Pekanbaru pretty good, and so does the employee commitment and motivation, it is seen from the responses. There is a significant effect of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. There is a great contribution of the variable employee commitment and motivation on employee performance variables are visible from the coefficients of determination were obtained for 80.1% and amounted to 19.9% again determined by factors other than commitment and employee motivation. There is a strong positive relationship between employee commitment and motivation to work with the employee's performance, as seen from the results of the correlation coefficients obtained for 89.5%. Advice from the results of this study are expected to always take the leadership commitment factor, because it can affect the performance of the employees in the company. The cost of advertising incurred in running the company's marketing activities greatly affect the volume of sales achieved.Item ANALISIS BRAND ASSOCIATION DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKUITAS MERK BANK RIAU KEPRI PEKANBARU(2012-11-30) Rahman, RidhoPenelitin ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama pekanbaru yang terletak di Jalan Sudirman No. 299 Pekanbaru, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran brand association dalam meningkatkan ekuitas merk pada Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua nasabah pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru. Di tahun 2011 jumlah konsumen sebanyak 27.999 orang, maka dipilih sampel dengan menggunakan Metode Slovin sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 100 orang dan diambil dengan metode acidental sampling. Analisis data yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dan uji Cochran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil pembahasan sehubungan dengan brand association diketahui bahwa Q hasil hitung > X2 maka hipotesis dapat diterima yang artinya bahwa brand association Bank Riau Kepri dinilai baik. Hasil pembahasan sehubungan dengan ekuitas merk diketahui bahwa Q hasil hitung < X2 maka hipotesis tidak dapat diterima yang artinya bahwa ekuitas merk Bank Riau Kepri dinilai belum kuat/tinggi. Berdasarkan tanggapan konsumen sehubungan dengan brand association dinilai baik dan dapat mempengaruhi ekuitas merk.Item ANALISIS CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DAN SATISFACTION TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY PADA HOTEL MUTIARA MERDEKA PEKANBARU(2012-12-04) Akhmad, IkhbalThe research was conducted at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka on Yos Sudarso street No. 12 Pekanbaru. The research objective was to determine the effect of customer relationship and customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty and also to determine which variable has stronger influence on customer loyalty at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the customers who have member card. Data analysis multiple linier regression using SPSS version 15.00. The method of sampling is done by accidental random sampling technique with 98 selected respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by t Test and F Test. The result in this research show that partially Customer Relationship has significant influance on Customer Loyalty but Satisfaction has not significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneously both Customer Relationship and Satisfaction have significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Therefore, companies need to create a good relationship with the consumer. To establish the Customer Relationship. The company suggested make to held customer gathering program in order to accomodate expectations and criticism in the future. Customer Loyalty can also be delivered through customer satisfaction. We recommend the company provide information that can be accessed easy for the customer by using website.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI PRODUK MEREK VALUE PLUS DI MATAHARI HYPERMART PEKANBARU(2013-02-02) KASIH, RAEYSSA PERMATAThis study aimed to determine the influence of social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors simultaneously or partially to the consumer's decision to buy Value Plus product in the Matahari Hypermart Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumer Value Plus product that have Hi Card by 2012, amounting to 1,718 people. While the sample in this study is determine using Slovin formula, to obtain the 95 people with purposive sampling method. The analysis are using descriptive method with multiple regression models. The results showed that social factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on consumer decisions in purchasing products Value Plus at Hypermart Pekanbaru. Partially only social factors has significantly influence to the consumer decisions in purchasing products Value Plus at Hypermart Pekanbaru, but personal and psychological factors had no significant effect.Item Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Menggunakan Jasa Asuransi Jiwa Pada PT Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Pekanbaru(2013-01-28) Saragih, HotmatuaBumiputera 1912 Insurance is one of the insurance company in Pekanbaru. This insurance product the offered to the consumers consists of life insurance, medical insurance, and fire insurance. This study are focused to the life insurance because this kind of insurance is the most popular to the consumer. The aims of this study are to know the impact of culture, social, personal factor, and psychological factor to the customer decision in use life insurenace at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru and to know the dominant factor that effect to the customer decision at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Pekanbaru. The population of this study are the amount of the customer of life insurance at PT. Asuransi Bumiputera 1912 Pekanbaru in 2011. There are 452 people listed as the customer at the company. Slovin formula be used to determine the amount of the sample and it 82 people as responden of this reseach. To analyze the data this study used multiple regrresion model. According toh the study result, simultanously culture, social, personal and psicological factors have a positive and significant impact to the customer decision in using life insurance. Partially culture, social and personnal factors have a significant impact to the customer decision but not for the psycological factor. The object of this study is Happy Puppy karaoke. The samples in this study were 96 men with Tabachinick method. Questionnaire was structured in the form of Likert scale. While the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The test result, shown that all of independent variable, have significant influence to dependent variable simultaneously (F test), and Partial test (T test) view, shown that facility, price, quality, and location have a significant influence toward consumer decision respectively. The relationship of the independent variable with dependent variable is midle level. So the dependent variable of this study is can be a predictor of consumer decision making.Item Analisis Gaji dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan di PT. Vinsa Indo Sejahtera – Chevrolet Pekanbaru(2012-12-04) Randa, EdwarPenelitian ini dilakukan pada bagian workshop PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan berharga bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja para karyawannya dengan melakukan evaluasi pada aspek gaji dan pengawasan dari pimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode interview dan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 42 orang karyawan bagian workshop di PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari gaji dan pengawasan sebagai variabel independen dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaji dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kedisiplinan kerja karyawan secara dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengawasan. Rekomendasi yang dapat disarankan adalah agar manajemen melakukan perbaikan pada komponen gaji dan pengawasan karyawan secara lebih efektif agar disiplin kerja karyawan dapat lebih ditingkatkan di kemudian hari.Item ANALISIS KEPUASAN NASABAH PESERTA JAMSOSTEK DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF KUALITAS LAYANAN PADA PT JAMSOSTEK (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG RIAU I PEKANBARU(2012-12-07) DelfiyaniThis study aims to eximine and analyzing the level of customer satisfaction in the quality of services performed by the company in Jamsostek Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research are expected to provide input to management Jamsostek Pekanbaru to be aware of the aspects that are still less satisfying customers in terms of service to customers, especially for enterprise customers. This study uses primary data and secondary data, which is the technique of data collection by questionnaire and documentation. The population was Jamsostek Pekanbaru company registered in the database of the company in late of 2010 totaling 2699 companies. By using formulation Slovin and accidental sampling technique, the amount of sample are 96 customers. The technique of data analysis is done using a descriptive analysis of the level of compliance and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix. The results of this study concluded that respondents satisfied with the quality of service that has been conducting so far. Tangible dimension is the most satisfying dimension, while thedimensions of responsiveness is the low level of satisfaction. It is recommended to management for making a number of urgent repairs to be done are: improving the quality of service schedules as promised, improve the speed in handling customer complaints and improve the comfort of the waiting room for customers.Item ANALISIS KEPUASAN PESERTA KURSUS KECANTIKAN DI JOHNNY ANDREAN SCHOOL & TRAINING MAL SKA PEKANBARU(2013-01-31) Maharani, DinaStudy was conducted in Johnny Andrean School and Training in MALL SKA Pekanbaru. The study objective is to analyze the impact of service quality which consist of tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance to the costumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. Sampling technique conducted in census of 75 students course. The result of study conclude that simultaneously variable tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance were highly significant in enhancing the satisfaction of course participants. Partially, tangibles empathy, responsiveness and reliability have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction of course participants where the dominant factor arises from the variable tangible. While variable assurance despite positive but not significant in influencing the course participant. This research is also aimed to find out and analyze stronger factors and their effect in consumers’ decision in purchasing this kind of unit. Population,-which is contain of 171, and using random sampling method - of this research are those who purchased Toyota Fortuner in 2010. In analyzing the data, writer used descriptive analysis which compares the data and some supporting theories using SPSS version 17.00. To analysis life style marketing mix, writer uses multiple regression. Based on hypothesis whether if all independent variable have significant effect simultaneously into dependent ones, writer did statistic test. SPSS result show that there are significant influences between luxury factor and consumer’s decision. There are positive and significant factors, significant factor between consumer itself and the decision, significant and positive factor between feeling of adorable in the decision. Result shows that life style marketing mix has significant influence partially or simultaneously into consumers’ decision. This study aims to determine the form of Network Planning, during the duration of the project progress, including work on the critical path and the probability of completion of the construction project Main Stadium University of Riau. This study uses PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) and CPM (Critical Path Method - Critical Path Method) analyzed fatherly time planning and implementing the optimum time. From the results that have been made when planning had three changes. And implementation of the plan does not comply with the specified scheduling. From planning delayed 104 weeks to 113 weeks, so the probability of completion of the project the week to 110 probability already demonstrated its value in the normal curve at 99%, then at week 111 s / d to 113 weeks was not able to show the value of the probability of the completion of this project suggests that the timing of the planning over the target and the target does not match the optimal execution time so that the time spent in completing the construction of Main Stadium University of Riau.Item ANALISIS PEMASARAN JARINGAN SPEEDY INTERNET DI PEKANBARU(2012-12-07) Leony, Eka RetnoThe research was carried out at PT. Telkom in the city of Pekanbaru, in order to determine the factors that cause a decrease in the achievement of Speedy Internet marketing in Pekanbaru and to find marketing policies that have been made in improving the marketing of Speedy Internet. As for the population in this study is that consumers Speedy in Pekanbaru. Total sample was 100 respondents consisting of households and establishments were 68 respondents were 32 respondents using Proportional Cluster Sampling. Data analysis using descriptive methods. Based on research conducted with respondents Speedy Internet subscribers at PT. Telkom Pekanbaru on prices obtained an average score of 201, it can be seen that the price of speedy internet by households was quite good. Then the average score of 132.4, it is known that the price of speedy internet by respondent institutions are good. The results of the overall promotion earned an average score of 253.4, it is known that speedy internet promotion by households is good. Then the average score of 141.4, it is known that speedy internet promotion agencies, according to respondents is very good. The results overall for speedy internet distribution, obtained an average score of 263.8, it is known that the distribution of speedy internet by households is good. Then the average score of 149.6, it is known that speedy internet promotion agencies, according to respondents is verygood. Suggested PT. Pekanbaru Telkom is expected to highlight, take notice, as well as providing a diverse and competitive rates again in order to compete with other companies that also market the services of the Internet. For services provided should be PT. Telkom Pekanbaru provide fast service if the customer network damage. Although in implementing promotional PT. Telkom Pekanbaru was considered successful, but the promotion and advertising that need to be maintained and enhanced by the addition of rekalame boards or banners you put into place a well-traveled people. The sample included in this research were 90 people who is active student LP3I PEKANBARU. Independent variable were Products (X1), Price (X2),Promotion (X3), Outdoor (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), and Service (X7). And the dependent variable was the Decision Making (Y). Likert scale was used in this reaserch, which was consist of five alternative answer containing variasi rise.Technical analysis of the data in reaserch were using the analysis method of validity test, realibility test, regresi linear regression, hypothesis testing and regression coefficient (coefficient of determination R2 , and significant test partial and / t test) As the result showed, For the partial test of variable Product, Promotion, Place, People, Process, and Service were significantly influence consumer decisions. Moreover the variable Product and the Price were the strongest variable amoung the variable test. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and distribution) in the decision-making process. The variables are bound to be variable Purchasing Decisions (Y), while the independent variable is the product (X1), price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Distribution (X4). Determination of sample using purposive sampling formula and the data collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents. Questionnaire was structured in the form of Likert Scale and the data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis berganda.dengan SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 17.00. The results showed that the variables that could be considered to give rise to influence consumer purchasing decisions are product, price, promotion and distribution. This research using the accidental sampling technique and then selected 100 people samples. The analysis method in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods, simultaneous analysis and partialy (multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 17.0). The result of the tests performed, simultaneous regression tests (F test) indicate that all observed independent variables have a significant effect to the purchasing decisions variable, partial regression test (T test) shows that product, price, promotion and distribution channel have a significant influence to the purchasing decisions variable. And the promotion variable has the most significant influence to the purchasing decisions. While the price variable have the most small significant influence to the purchasing decisions. The amount of the effect (R2) by the chain of this variable to the associated variables amounted to 52,9% explained GM brand of motorcycle helmets in the city of Pekanbaru GM brand of motorcycle helmets in the city of Pekanbaru explained by product variable, price, promotion and distribution channel. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis performed with SPSS 17. Before doing multiple regression analysis, we must do a classic assumption test. This is necessary so that the regression equation is BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator). In addition to assessing the goodness of fit from a model, we use coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. This research using a yearly data from 2000 – 2010 for each variable. Results from this research indicate that inflation and SBI Interest Rate influence to LQ - 45 index about 56,3% simultaneously, as for the 43,7% others is influence by others economic factor and non economic factor. The magnitude of the effect caused by R square (R2) by two variables together on the dependent variable is 59.3%, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
