Harmony is the atmosphere in which each member of the community to implement mutual respect and mutual respect. The research was conducted in this study conducted at SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study were high school students who beraga Santa Maria Pekanbaru Islam, Protestant and Catholic Christians as well as foundations and majeliskuru Leadership Santa Maria High School. Population of 971 students, while the samples taken are numbered 77 students. Data analysis is qualitative, ie summed and compared with the number expected, then porsentase sentence is interpreted to be qualitative. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that the harmony Bergama in SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru is considered unfavorable. It is seen from research that shows that variable Bergama harmony that occurs in both SMA Santa Maria pekanbaru of cooperation, interaction, mutual respect as friends beribada different religion, from the field results illustrate that the harmony existing between Santa Maria Pekanbaru high school students are less good.

The research was conducted in Pekanbaru city of Riau Province, where the phenomena that occur in the city of Pekanbaru is a graduate of the college would prefer to be an entrepreneur, although there are job opportunities for them to become a private sector employee or civil servant. Where they exist who started his business career since attending college and after completion of college. Thus the aim of this study was to determine how the characteristics of an entrepreneurial university graduates and to find out what motivated college graduates into entrepreneurs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method to prioritize the results of interviews and field observations. The theory used is David Mc.Clelland theory of achievement motivation. Based on this study that the characteristics of an entrepreneurial university graduates an average age of 34 years to 42 years with over 10 years of business experience, the income they earn in any month more than Rp. 5.000.000, - and entrepreneurs is their main occupation. And who become motivated college graduates to become entrepreneurs is because of the need for achievement motivation is to achieve success in a career in entrepreneurship, the need for power that wants to be a leader who is able to expand its business and the need for affiliation or membership who want to petrify economy family members.

Society in which the authors examine research on fishing household strategies in addressing the poverty that fishing communities are located in the village of Bay Setimbul, Meral subdistrict, district Karimun, Riau Islands province. The reason why their can become male sexual oriented is because there is some traumatic with sexual violance when their child, and the other thing is because there is feminis sanse when their child that make their more interest with man than a woman. An than another factor is can try to have sexual relation with male and get addict with that until that habis being a daily habit until now.

The family is the smallest unit, consisting of father, mother, and children. As one of the members of the family, a woman take an active role in achieving that goal, so it does not just depend on what is and the husband done and obtained. Motivation women security guard in the economic and social needs is a need or demand of life. The main reason they work is economic reasons, which is to make a living because of the husband's income in the sense of lack and can not provide for his family. Problems in the study are (1) How do the characteristics of women security guard at St. Maria's Hospital in the city of Pekanbaru? (2) How does women’s motivate to be a security guard? (3) How does the economic and social conditions? The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of a woman security guard at St. Maria's Hospital in the city of Pekanbaru. To find the motivation of guard women at work and in social, economic needs and their families. Respondents in this study were the women security guard in Santa Maria Hospital in Pekanbaru which consists of 18 research respondents. The approach taken in this research is descriptive kuantitatif. The process of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Woman security guard took part in adding to the family income. That is by the way a woman working as a security guard without leaving the role of a wife in the family. From the salaray of the guard women, husband shortage can be covered. And of course the woman worked as a security guard was very helpful in terms of fulfill the needs of the households is increasing. The suggestion that the authors say is the Government, especially the Department of Labor in Pekanbaru City should give attention to the women security guard in the city of Pekanbaru in an effort to improve their welfare.

The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing characteristics of secondhanded Sellers at Pasar Jongkok Tembilahan; 2) Finding the charactrisric of main agents of secondhanded commodities; 3) Revealing the economic correlation both sides agent and Seller. The researech located at Pasar Jongkok Tembilahan. It is observed through qouta sampling among Sellers and Agents, in which thirty sellers and six agents occupy sampling numbers. The study implemented by means of Supervised Sampling methodology. The object of this research characterize based age, ethnic, gender, education level, marriage status, period of working, location, and funding source. While social economic relation is explored into the payment system of backpayment, cost changing information, discount price, transportation cost and varieties of commodity. The relation between secondhanded sellers and agents long time tied. Then, the economic transaction crystalized in social economic aspect accidendtly that is very strong. It can be concluded by inspecting agents’ willing to acquise the sellers in terms of price discount , back payment.

This can happen due to many reasons, among others, due to divorce, widowed by her husband due to his own choice or. This phenomenon is often referred to as a single parent. Certainly not easy being a single parent (single parent), because he had to act as father and mother to her children. This study aims to determine how the role of women in a single parent family function with a variety of problems faced and the strategies undertaken by the female single parent to tackle the problem. Based on the fact that some women who become single parents often prefer not to marry again and more focused on taking care of her children. Specially in Pekanbaru city there is many university student make a brake society rule or social norm, the example is student of university who use drugs. Norm violation start with there is some indication social deviate. The ones social indication is previously student of university never use drugs and now they being a consumer even they can be an addict with drugs. With being an addict person with drugs they can do more negartive thing or maybe some criminal thing like to stole, to robber and not have some spirit to follow the study schedule in campus. This research purpose is to get the sketch of student of universities level drugs addict in Pekanbaru about the drugs wrong purpose, to know about the factors that can make student of university can use drugs and to know abaout the negative and positive effect of drugs and to know abaout the social effect from the student of university who being a drigs addict. The theory that use in this research is anomy theory from Robert K Merton and social patology theory from Robert MZ Lawang and the methode is descricptive qualitative that to get the systematic sketch about the observe object in this research. Beside of this research, the high formal education level of drugs eddict in student of university in Pekanbaru ia they who in fourteen semester. The parents sallary can give some influence about the high or low frequancy student of university in Pekanbaru wgo being a drugs addict. The mojority from the durs wrong purpose in student of university more choosen to be drugs user than be drugs user and seller. The factor that can make sudent of university being a drugs addict beside this research is there is some push factor is them self like personality, phisycal and the outside factor like family problem factor, social factor, and the last is like religion factor as someone guidance to do something that match with the conviction. Impact that they get if they use a drugs is have some influence with their phisic and mental. And also have some affect to their social life, economic, individual, family, society or even the nation. Failed in study, down studies motivate, criminallity, some sick with the in organ of body like their brain, liver, heart, lung, kidney and mental pressure like feel worry, insomnia and depresion. Moreover thing that be a big and importan thing is broke the young generation as a continues, fighter and develop because drugs addict that they do right now.

Based on this phenomenon in the study was made with formulation of the problem as follows: how do the characteristics of perpetrators under the age of marriage? What are the root causes of underage marriage? How does the impact of underage marriage in the in the implementation of family function? The porpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of perpetrators under age of marriage, to find out the causes of underage marriage. To determine the causes of underage marriage in the implementation of family functioning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research who is the subject of this research is that families do macthmaking marriage under the villager’s sumatera province. Sampling by non probability that the snow ball sampling technique. Based on the results of these studies found that the perpetrators of the marriage under the age of most the economy is low and that causes a person to get marriage under the age of 20% is internal factor pair, 4 pair. Of external factor such as 20% partner 5 couples for cultural or social custom to marry off a child at the age of youth, 40% of couples because of their low economic thought that the economy could sustain a married family and 20% of couples 5 pair due to education of dropping out school. While the family function in the female partner is not running as it should, especially in the case of children.

Simply put, we can interpret a student is a great student. The research was conducted in the District Tampan Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine what the impact of gambling on the value of academic, social, and economic student. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, with in-depth interviews and observations. The study subjects were 17 students of the 2009/2010 which consisted of 15 men and 2 female. Sampling technique using snowball sampling. The conclusion that the impact of online gambling on the academic, social, and economic student learning time is irregular, and the rest are received monthly cash expenditures. Even though they know the consequences that will result from playing gambling online, but still do it on the grounds spare time they have.

Environmental cleanliness in the campus is not just the responsibility of one party only. but it is the responsibility of every individual in the campus environment. Each individual does not have the same view about the cleanliness of the campus environment. Scholar there are very concerned about the cleanliness of the campus environment, only care in moderation, and do not care at all. Each of these individual actions can be divided into how many types, based on reason and action. This study was conducted to determine how the level of student knowledge about garbage, anyone who behaves clean, as well as what factors cause scholar to behave net. To determine how the level of knowledge of scholar, anyone who behaves not clean, as well as what factors cause scholar to behave clean, the researchers determined that the research subjects a student of the Faculty of Social and Political class of 2011. Scholar already have enough knowledge to maintain high hygiene campus, where the causal factors in the form factor behaves Internal net, consisting of self control, consisting of the mass media, family income, parent education, and culture. The most dominant factor affecting student behavior in keeping the campus environment, an education factor of the student's parent. The Socialization of Superior Class (The Case Study in SMP As-Shofa Pekanbaru)

This study is about “the Socialization in superior class of the case study in SMP As-Shofa Pekanbaru”. This research means to explain about the student’s characteristic of superior class, the school socialization process at superior class student, and explains about the student’s opinion at school socialization on superior class student. This research was located in SMP As-Shofa Pekanbaru. The sample pulling technique in this research was with census method where all populations were become sample because the reached relative population amount was 32 superior students. This research data analyze was done by using quantitative method, then it was explained descriptively and the data was arranged into suitable table. Based on the result from data analyze, the conclusion from the characteristic of superior class student was 13 years old, most of student’s parents are educated, they work, and they have high income. The process of school socialization on superior class student ran well and easy. It was because that the student understood and did all kinds of values and norms which were given by school well. The role expectations of the school for superior class student has not been told well yet, it was because the teacher in socialization always did in the name of superior class must be better than regular student in all fields so that the students were given many kinds of demands so that the superior class student became better than regular student. In accordance with the theory of symbolic interactionism, the superior class student tends to behave based on superior symbol which was given by school.

Riau province is a province which has many natural resources especially in agriculture side. In 2010, noted that almost 49, 3% of Riau inhabitant’s job is farmer. Recently, because of the development and the population activities increase, the necessity of wider area is needed; otherwise, the wider area is not available. Currently, the transition function of the area is happen in RimboPanjang village, Tambang district, Kampar regency. The transition types in this area are from agricultural areas is changed into boarding houses, flat houses, factories, and etc. The objective of this research is to know the responses of pineapple’s smallholders in Rimbo Panjangang to know the actions of the smallholders after the area was transited. The analysis of the theory of this research is the rationality theory and the social action. The method used is descriptive qualitative method within deep interviewed and direct observation in the location of the research. Based on the result of the field collecting, it can be concluded that the pineapples’ smallholders that had the contract-laborers system considered that the transition of the area is totally disadvantage. The pineapples’ smallholder must also find the new area to keep their going on life or they just will get nothing. For continuing their life, the smallholders take another job. From the result, it can be seen that the reason of the owner transited the area is the high prices of demand of the area

This research titled “Pantun Position in Malay Society Alteration at Pangkalan Batang Village Sub-district Bengkalis Province of Riau“. This research aims to describe how pantun position in people’s live and to know the pantun functions for Pangkalan Batang Malay. To analyze data in a qualitative research conducted, collected data is then presented descriptively that is describe or recount results with logic narration analyze . This research was conducted in the Pangkalan Batang Village Sub-district Bengkalis Province of Riau. The results showed a change on the Pantun Tradition, which currently is rarely people use pantun. This occurs due to several factors, including internal and external factors. Internal factors include encouragement from within the community for change, education and mindset that has, a sense of dissatisfaction, action that deviate tolerance which not constitute law, and external factors include influence of foreign cultures, heterogeneous population and contact with other cultures

The garbage is something unused, disliked or something that must be thrown, generally comes from the activity that is done by human (included industry activity), but it’s not biological (because human waste is not included) and generally it’s solid (used water is not included). This research was done in Tanjung Rhu Political Districk, Lima Puluh Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The goal of this research is to know the level of siciety’s consciousness, society’s behavior ang factors that influence behavior in garbage management. This research uses quantitative method, where the research result is answered by using tables and then explained by using sampling random simple. The society’s behavior in garbage management in based on respondent’s knowledge about garbage, garbage kinds, and garbage simple in good category. From 70 respondents, 49 responden or 70% have good knowledge, because they are supported by formal education and informal education. The respondents measure in garbage management, like decreasing garbage volume, recycling garbage in middle category ang exploiting garbage. From 70 respondents, 39 respondents or 55,71% measure in garbage management in middle category. For keeping the environment clean, the society uses to do community self-help, the participation or respondent in following community self-help is very high. The factors that influence society’s behavior in garbage management are education, habit and religion and they are supported by easing factor, it is facility availability like The place of Temporary Garbage Disposal (TPSS)
