dc.description.abstractLeucobryum sp. is a moss from Leucobryaceae family, that is known to contain active compounds both primary and secondary metabolites, which can be used as antibacterial, antioxidant and anticancer substances. This study used DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) method and methanol as a solvent for extraction for analyzing antioxidant activity. Based on the results of the antioxidant activity test, the IC50 value of Leucobryum sp. was 228.2268 ppm.en_US
