Abstract
Employee Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work
achieved by one employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities
assigned to him. Employee performance is very important, because a good performance will lead
an organization or agency to a predetermined destination. Organizational plan will be achieved
by either an organization or agency having employees who have the ability to perform the duties
assigned to it and have a high motivation. So it will achieve its intended purpose.
Theoretical concepts used in this research is translated TR Mitchell. The indicators used
in this study are: Ability Personnel and Employee Work Motivation. The population in this study
were all employees of Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru. This study used the Likert technique, the
data is processed using the next table were analyzed descriptively.
From the results of research on the performance of employees in the State Personnel
Board Regional Office XII Pekanbaru, evident from the results of the responses is quite good
because employees have the ability to perform a given task and the motivation provided by the
leadership.
