| dc.description.abstract | The target of palm tree oil factories in the Sub-Province of Siak is to improve the level of daity life along with society. This development is done by exploiting standard natural resources upon which human being play the part as the perpetrator due to this particulor activity oppears the existence of having environmental changes as the consequences. The environmental changes tlhat appears today are the poor water condition, pollution and our streets becoming more noisy. This changes can be either positive but can also have in negative effect to the environment. where the happening of contamination irrigate counted 9 responder (30%0) experiencing of caused trouble is management waste place which still in rough and resulted residu from pesticide which is application at palm garden; effect contamination of air counted 2l responden (70%r) which because of factory smoke, vapour/aroma from liquid waste also deliver crowd large group fly, and wich dirt yielded by to transport truck; effect contamination voice counted 11 responder (36.66%) which because of activity offactory operational pasca and pre and voice from delivery truck. Positive impact the increasing of amount of money circulating in rural area region, extending field and employment try, make-up of prosperity of society around, giving ccntribution to area development try, existence of human resource development, facilities and basic facilities development absorbtion local labour, counselling agriculture, health, and society, can continue education its child of higher level. condition of housing af society around becoming better before existence of seen PKS from roof facet, wall, and house floor, ownership of personal well, payment obligation of company to state. Have the happening of real influence to society and environment about to the existence Of oil palm tree factory, become require to strive accept responsibility affect where improving Positif i impact and minimization/ eliminating negative impact to be target of national development realized to through technique analyse SWOT, strategy able to do it thst is drawing enthusiasm all investor to inculcate its capital effort plantation of oil palm tree, improving role and also society in and making obsertation AMDAL, performing tight abservation to efort which harming society and also the existence of coherent sanction to cokerent collision to conducting make-up of local human resource, opening opportunity work to society from all society element | en_US |
