Abstract
The research is conducted by PT Pegadaian, Kodim Branch in Pekanbaru City. The
aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the demand on
mortages at PT Pegadaian, Kodim Branch in Pekanbaru, to analyze the influence of
interest rate, customers service and term of the mortage demand and to determine the
factors that most effect the mortages demand : Safe-Quick-Credit (KCA) at PT
Pegadaian Kodim Branch in Pekanbaru.
The research use descriptive analysis method the sample in this study is the
customers who use the product mortages : Safe-Quick-Credit (KCA) at PT Pegadaian
Kodim Branch in Pekanbaru, as much as 100 person mortages using simple random
sampling.
The result as survey is to reveal that customers service factor is the most influential
factor in mortages demands at PT Pegadaian Kodim Branch in Pekanbaru.
