Abstract
In the Era of Globalization Today, the world continues to evolve both technology, industry, and almost all aspects of life participated affected. The speed of growth and development also affect humans as protagonists. Changing times accompanied by changes in a person's character. Humans prefer the self-interest of the other person. Human rights are no longer a concern to most people, not only adults but children too, become victims. Children receive the same rights as adults, but, it is often neglected. One child rights is a guarantee for protection in accordance with the values of religion and humanity. Guarantee the protection of children's rights in accordance with the values of Pancasila and the purpose as stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution. In the city of Pekanbaru is still commonly found in children treated violence, physical violence, Psychic violence, trafficking, to working children under age. The number of violations is due to lack of relevant institutions dealing with maximal anak.Penelitian was conducted at the Center for Integrated Care of Women and Children and the Department of Social and Cemetery Pekanbaru ie Subdivision Independence Pioneers rights and is responsible for the implementation of child protection in the city of Pekanbaru.
