dc.description.abstractPENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA MENTOR PADA LEMBAGA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR QUANTUM REVOLUTION PEKANBARU oleh: Intan Marsaulena Gani Haryana Gimin Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP - Universitas Riau Jalan Binawidya Km. 12,5 Pekanbaru Abstract: The purpose of this research is explain the effect of education and training to mentor’s performance contribution. The research data was collected using questionnaires obtained from 52 mentors who work in Quantum Revolution Pekanbaru Institution. The findings showed that 57,69% the mentor’s performance contribution is good, performance rating based on Self Appraisal System. Multiple regression analysis was used in this research by SPSS program for Windows and result of this research answered the problem’s formulation that education and training have effect to mentor’s performance contribution partially and simultaneously.en_US
