dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study is to investigate people’s perception of divorce and factors that cause the divorce people’s in Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The usefulness of this study is to describe and base of think about divorce process in Pekanbaru especially in Tenaya Raya. And to adding insight about divorce and cause the divorce from responden. Location of the study, the author will discuss the people preception in Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Including kulim, rejosari, tangkerang timur, and sail. To obtain the recessary data in the study, the author collected data thourgh depth interviews and list of questionnaires. The data furthers processed in qualitative descriptive analysis that is desecribe the fact and characteristic of object and subject in this study precisely. The result in this study showed is physically and psichologically violence is the greatest number cause diverce in Tenayan Raya. Character being second factor, economic, factor in third, intervention from the extended family in fourth and unfaithfull the husband in marriage. The conclusion of this study is during 5 years, the number of divorce in Pekanbaru increase above 70,73% and sub-district Tenayan Raya is a greatest number to contribute the number of divorce in Pekanbaru. The moving phenomena ashamed culture to divorce in people’s being commonly in heterogenity and acculturation locally and foreign cultures in people’s.en_US
