Abstract
Riau is one of the area on Sumatra island that has the high diversity of wild Mangifera species, including wild mango from Suligi Hill which has the highest antioxidant potential than the other species. This research aimed to examine the side effects caused by wild mango leaf extract based kidney morphology of white rat (Rattus norvegicus L.). This research used control to zero and three groups of dose variations (0.99 ml, 1.98 ml and 2.97 ml) with three replicates for each treatment, a total of 12 white rat used in this study. The extract of wild mango from Suligi Hill on white rat kidney showed that damage percentage is normal, without toxic effect
