This research as doing for football players at junior high school 4 Pekanbaru.The collection and to get the data of research to the first experiment and the end experiment before and after practice the Dumbbell Arrm Swings. To get thedata in analyzed with descriptive. The result of identification the problem to football players at junior high school 4 Pekanbaru. didn’t good condition of their body especially their speed. Because their lack in practice the Dumbbell Arm Swings to run speed 100 yard for football player at junior high school 4 Pekanbaru. The experiment analyzed result count t was 5,212 and table t was 1,761 to signify taraf was 0,05. So, count t > table t. The congclution Ho bigger by Hi. That result given the signify influence of the practice Dumbbell Arm Swings to speed for football player at junior high school 4 Pekanbaruen_US
