dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the analysis of the scheduling time housing construction projects using Monte Carlo simulation and PERT methods. Both of these methods use a network to facilitate the scheduling of the project. Computational results show that the Monte Carlo simulation is more efficient and effective than PERT method.en_US
