dc.description.abstractThis reaserch describes of theRussianeconomic interestsinthe Asia Pacific regionbyjoiningRussiain aforumof economiccooperationinthe Asia Pacific region. The focus ofthis reseach istoRussia'seconomic interestsin theregionincreasesgas exports toChina, which was thesubject ofwhich is themain purpose ofAPECRussia's economicinterestsin partnershipwith Chinain thegassectorthat experiencedtidalcooperation between the twocountries.APECas a forum foreconomic cooperationas anintermediaryrelations of cooperationof Russia andChina. RussianutilizeAPECprojectsfor capacity building andhuman resource, both sponsored by themembers ofa particular economicorAPECscheme. APECmechanismis able to effectivelyassist in solvingproblems related toenergy supplyintheAPECcooperationprogramof free tradeto the regionin 2010in accordancewith thecommon goal ofAPECmembersas statedin theBogorDeclaration.en_US
