dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine how effective empowerment of fishing communities in the village Mampok Anambas Islands District, and to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the fishing community empowerment program in the village Mampok Anambas Islands District. Based on the results of the research through interviews and observations, it is known that the implementation of community development programs in the village fishermen Mampok Anambas Islands District is still considered less effective. This means that there are still shortcomings in the implementation of the fishing community empowerment program, in which the factors that affect the implementation of this program are: human resources, control factors, and the factor of communication between the Management Team District / District Programme activities to the Executive Fishermen Village Community Empowerment Mampok Anambas Islands District.en_US
