Abstract: This research aimed at improving students learning outcomes math at class MA Anshor Al-Sunnah Kampar by implementing cooperative learning model of numbered heads together structural approach in mathematics lesson. This study uses classroom research. It was conducted in two cycles. The activity and students learning outcomes data were gainet by collecting activity data by using observation sheet and daily test. The data which were collected were score which descriptive analyzed statistically. The result of study in the first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 67% and the second cycle is 75%, an increase from before the measures the percentage is only 25%. The conclusion of the study showed that the implementing of cooperative learning model for numbered heads together structural approach could improving students learning outcomes mathematic.
