dc.description.abstractPengaruh Latihan Dip Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan Dan Bahu Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putra Smp Pgri Pekanbaru Cosmar Coritua1, Drs.Ramadi,S.Pd,M.Kes,AIFO2, Ardiah Juita,S.Pd,M.Pd3 PENDIDIKAN KEPELATIHAN OLAHRAGA FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU Abstract This research is experimental research. The research was conducted in Volleyball Player SMP PGRI Pekanbaru son. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after exercise Dip. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that the identification problem Volleyball Player SMP PGRI Pekanbaru son does not have the muscle strength of the arms and shoulders are good. This is due to the lack of exercise that leads to physical training and exercise programs that are less systematic and planned. The issues raised in this study is "Is there a significant effect Dip Exercise Muscle strength against the arm and shoulder Volleyball Player SMP PGRI Pekanbaru son ?" The hypothesis of the study is "There is a significant effect on muscle strength training arm dip and shoulders in men's volleyball player SMP PGRI Pekanbaru. "this study aims to determine the effect of significant Dip Exercise Muscle Strength Against Arm and shoulder in volleyball Player SMP PGRI Pekanbaru son. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect of exercise Dip (X) against the arm and shoulder muscle strength (Y) At the Players Volleyball Men's Junior SMP PGRI Pekanbaru. Based on the analysis of the t test result of 6.47 and ttabel thitung of 1.740. Means thitung> ttable so it can be concluded that Ho refused and H1 accepted. Mean increase 5.05 after tested by t-test shows that thitung greater than ttable, then exercise for 17 times Dip can improve arm and shoulder muscle strength significantly.en_US
