dc.description.abstractKarya Salemba Empat scholarship web portal is a web-based system which is used by scholarship recipients to access information more quickly. This system is expected to make it easier for each user to carry out activities related to scholarships. It is necessary to evaluate usability aspects of the portal that affects user satisfaction. This research was conducted using Heuristic method, in which it can identify usability problems. The results obtained in the calculations in this study are that there are three percentage index numbers as usability problems so that recommendations for improvement need to be given.en_US
