dc.description.abstractPirazolin is compounds have an important role as antibacterial agent. These compounds can be synthesized by reaction between calkon with fenilhidrazin in etanol absolute solvent and catalyzed by potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide. The resulting compounds were characterized by spectroscopy UV, IR, MS and NMR and then tested on two types of bacteria Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis which is a type of Gram positive and Gram negativeen_US
