dc.description.abstractAlong with will be held at the “Pekan Olahraga Nasional”(PON) XVIII held in 2012, the city of Pekanbaru Riau province was chosen to host the biggest national sports event held every four years and was followed by the Province in Indonesia. By the smoothness of the Pekan Olahraga Nasional events is pretty much Venue PON development projects undertaken by the Government of Riau Province and one of them is the Main Stadium Development Project University of Riau. This study aims to determine the form of Network Planning, during the duration of the project progress, including work on the critical path and the probability of completion of the construction project Main Stadium University of Riau. This study uses PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) and CPM (Critical Path Method - Critical Path Method) analyzed fatherly time planning and implementing the optimum time. From the results that have been made when planning had three changes. And implementation of the plan does not comply with the specified scheduling. From planning delayed 104 weeks to 113 weeks, so the probability of completion of the project the week to 110 probability already demonstrated its value in the normal curve at 99%, then at week 111 s / d to 113 weeks was not able to show the value of the probability of the completion of this project suggests that the timing of the planning over the target and the target does not match the optimal execution time so that the time spent in completing the construction of Main Stadium University of Riau.en_US
