| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to know the time allocation of women farmers on economic and non-economic activities, the role of women in decision making, and the woman income contribution on household income of Rubber farmers inKuantan Singingi Regency. The research was conducted from February to June 2014 by using survey method. A total of 70 woman workers of rubber plantation was purposively selected and interviewed to collect data. Data were analizcd using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and the Likert Scale's Summated Ratting (SLR).The results showed that the time allocation was used to perform for economic activities as 5.34 workdays or, 35.77 worksday per week. These figures were higher than non-economic activities as 4.56 workdays or 30.25 workdays per week.The woman worker had bigger role in making decision on non-economic activities than economic activities. The contribution of women labor of household income was Rp 460,837.50 monthly or 27.94 percent. | en_US |
