| dc.description.abstract | The aim of research is to find out the success of tailoring program implementation in Lembaga Pendidikan Keterampilan Ratu Mode Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. Writer used qualitative descriptive approach. The research was done in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. Focus of the research is how the success of tailoring program in Lembaga Pendidikan Keterampilan Ratu Mode Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru is. Data collecting technique is observation, interview and documentation. Validity test was done by data triangulation technique and audit with advisor. Data was gotten from research subject, which is contain of 3 main informant, one is acting as observer, and one is for control. The success of tailoring program in Lembaga Pendidikan Keterampilan Ratu Mode was measured by 4 indicators: ability to create a strategy, ability to communicate internally and externally, ability to manage, and ability to determine price tag. In creating strategy, each of participant learn to buy tailoring stuffs and promote. In communicating, participants always communicate in a good way. In managing, participants learn to manage in autodidact manner. In pricing, participants do based on market pricing and material price. Based on 4 indicators, the most success participant is informant 1, Ibu Erni. The success level is measured from the number of order she got in one year. | en_US |
