dc.description.abstractThe carbon pellets from material SrCO3 and TiO3 had been made using chemical reaction method with composition 1:1. The pellet was annealed with temperature 700C by time variation 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes. The characterization was done by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The result from SEM varied over 30 minutes has an average grain size 228,05 nm. The variation of 60 minutes has an average grain size 247,05 nm . The variation of 90 minutes has average grain size 286,75 nm. SEM characterization of SrTiO3 showed that the longer annealing time is required, the greater result granules is obtained.en_US
