dc.description.abstractBasically employees are one of the most important assets for the company in developing the ability to compete and grow every year and get profits. To improve the quality of employees, company leaders need to do something that can spur employees to compete in improving work performance. One way is to conduct employee performance appraisals to get the best employee selection. This study presents the results of a study on the selection of the best employees in the case study of KUD Bumi Asih, Kabun District by implementing the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis method. The method used is a web-based decision support system using the CodeIgniter framework, making this system using the CodeIgniter framework PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. The selection of the best palm oil harvesting employees is carried out once a year by the Leaders through the Harvest Foreman and the local Krani.In selecting the best palm oil harvesting employees, there are four criteria that must be met to become the best palm oil harvesting employees. These criteria are harvest capacity, fruit quality, ancak quality, and attendance. The best ranking results from the use of a decision support system using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis method in selecting the best harvesting employees in 2022 out of 49 alternatives al is alternative A33 with a value of 2 and the lowest ranking is alternative A14 with a value of 0. This research has succeeded in designing and building a decision support system for selecting the best oil palm harvesters using the web-based Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis method. This system can solve the problem of selecting the best oil palm harvesting employees according to predetermined criteria weight values.en_US
