dc.description.abstractThis study want to see how the implementation of the Minimum Wages Pekanbaru City in 2011-2012. The problem background of this research is how the implementation of the minimum wage in the city of Pekanbaru and any follow-up to the government to the company in Pekanbaru that did not run the Minimum Wage? This research is a qualitative study, the data collection techniques in this study is a descriptive analysis. This research uses documentation (observation) and interviews with key informants as the object of information that aims to achieve the goal to get the information in the study. The types of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with key informants in this study. Based on the research and discussion that has the writer explained in the previous chapter are based on the formulation of the problem, the authors conclude the following:en_US
