dc.description.abstractThis study would like to see the election of the membership Consultative Body (BPD) in 2009 in the village of Muara District Dilam Kunto Darussalam Rokan Hulu. Membership elections Consultative Body (BPD) in 2009 in the village of Muara Dilam the object of study is interesting considering that the village of Muara Dilam perform direct election by the people in elections membership Consultative Body (BPD). Implementation mechanism and a member of the leadership election Village Consultative Body (BPD) Muara Dilam had violated the regulations of Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government, Government Regulation No. 72 Year 2005 on the village, and Rokan Hulu Regency Regulation No. 7 of 2007 on Consultative Body (BPD). Referring to the problem of Muara Dilam village, this study used qualitative methods. This study uses informants as sources of information objects that aim to achieve mastery in getting information. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants. Analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data. Based on the research concluded the following things: first, that the determination of the mechanism of the leadership and members of the Consultative Body (BPD) Muara Dilam is through direct election by the people. Second, the results of the election membership Consultative Body (BPD) declared valid by the Local Government issued Decree No. Rokan Hulu District Head Number 24 Year 2009 on Ratification Determination Leadership and Members Consultative Body (BPD).en_US
