PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF TIPE BENAR ATAU SALAH BESERTA ALASAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA POKOK BAHASAN KOLOID DI KELAS XI IPA SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PEKANBARU Dewi Indriani, Miharty, dan Jimmi Copriady Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Riau Email: dewi_indriani90@yahoo.co.id Abstract A research on the application of the active learning strategy type true or false with reason has been conducted by purpose of increasing students’ achievement in learning colloids at grade XI Science class of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The pretest-posttest control group design was used in this research. Data was analyzed with t-test at 0,05 level of significance. Result showed that the t value was 3,66 while t-table was 1,67. Therefore, it could be concluded that the application of the active learning strategy type true or false with reason was able to increase students’ learning achievement in colloids discussion at XI Science class of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru.
