| dc.description.abstract | The title of this research is "THE EFFECT OF GROUP COUNSELING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT lower class XI self SMAN 5 Pekanbaru IA SCHOOL YEAR 2012/2013." This study aims to 1) Know the image of underperforming students self-actualization before being given group. 2) Know the image of self underperforming students are given counseling after the group. 3) Know the difference between self underperforming students before and after the advisory group. 4) Determine the influence of group therapy underperforming students self-actualization. Data collection tool for use in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study was 16. Consider sampling of students scoring average and low self-realization (total sample). Image of underperforming students self-actualization before being given group in a category is that of 12.50% and 87.50% for the lowest category. Image of self underperforming students given counseling after the group in a category is the category of 37.50% and a minimum of 62.50%. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient between x1 and x2 is equal to 0.55 and the coefficient of determination r2 = 30%, which may be in the knowledge that t is greater than the table t, (5.58> 2.750) so that Ho is rejected and accepted. It means that there is a difference between low-performing students self-actualization before and after the advisory group. | en_US |
