| dc.description.abstract | This research investigates and describes the preparation process of regional Government budget Pekanbaru City in 2012, the main issues raised in this research is the delay in setting budgets Riau Province over 2012 that have broad impact on the administration of the city of Pekanbaru. This research is using the theory associated with the formulation of plans of local regulations. Furthermore, this study conducted in Pekanbaru City Council, Agency of Regional Development and Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru. The data required in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews for primary data and secondary data analysis to documentation for further analyzed with this method of analysis interactive. This research proves, first that the formation of the Regional Regulation About Budget Riau Provincial period in 2012 heavily influenced by political interests and forth between the governments and parliaments of Pekanbaru. Both of the factors that influence the formation of Pekanbaru City budget law of 2012 influenced External conditions, psychological and Communication Setting Intra-institutional. further the factors that affect the synergy between the Council and government ofPekanbaru city. | en_US |
