dc.description.abstractPublic services by government officials today are still often found weaknesses that can not meet the expected quality. It is characterized by the presence of a variety of complaints conveyed through the mass media, so that cause unfavorable image of the government apparatus. One effort to improve the quality of care that should be made pubic community satisfaction index. The satisfaction index is a benchmark to assess the quality of care is not within their decision PAN NO KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 Minister issued general guidelines regarding public satisfaction index services unit of government agencies in order to know the level of quality of service units of government. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In this study the existing reality in the field is described by several phenomena that are related to the research on the grounds that the data and information gathered to describe it basis. Based on the results of research and discussion in the previous chapter, the final chapter the authors can draw conclusions and suggestions.
