dc.description.abstractCode/Law Number 40 year 2007 about Limited Liability have commended for every company to execute Social Responsibility program of Environment, this program represent form of responsibility of company answer to society exist in about/around company to be fulfilled by its rightss by company itself as according to how much/many obtained by advantage is company which have been specified in Code/Law 40 Year 2007 about Limited liability. But in Social Responsibility program in reality of executed by Environment is PT. Andalas Agrolestari do not walk effective marked with executed activity do not in programming in annual job/activity plan of company. Target of this research is to know applying of program of TJSL, knowing done/conducted by observation is local government to applying of this program and factors becoming constraint at the (time) of done/conducted by observation local government of Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi. This Research is executed by in Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi, where becoming informan key in this research is Head On Duty Plantation Of Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi, Head Area Construction and Observation Of Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi, Sexy Head of Construction and Observation Of Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi, Superintendent Of Personnel Of PT. Andalas Agrolestari, Chief Commission of B Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi and Chief of LSM Wikta. In doing/conducting data collecting obtained from circumstantial interview and documentations to informan. After data gathered is later;then analysed by using descriptive analysis qualitative. After done/conducted by research, applying of program of TJSL executed by is PT. Andalas Agrolestari walk disagree with Code/Law commendation 40 Year 2007, where company do not program activity of TJSL in annual job/activity plan of him, later;then done/conducted by] observation is local government whichen_US
